Good evening readers! Our trade idea for Monday’s trading session is:

DIGX - Dig It Underground

DIGX is an early-stage company that is in the business of building famous artists and brands through it’s marketing of apparel, art, merchandise, and beverages.

DIGX will do this under the name of their recent acquisition, Get Down Art. Through Get Down Art, DIGX intends to expand rapidly, offering these products direct to the consumer and turning it into a major international name.

Get Down Art started in January 2005 as the exclusive open edition publisher for world famous artist Michael Godard with only 4 posters. Since then DIGX has began to attract other artist and properties which they continue to develop and create. The multi-level business model that DIGX has created allows them to examine and opportunity and see if they can capitalize on it through their four main channels of Distribution: apparel, limited edition art galleries, open edition framers mass to specialty, and licensing the artwork on products and merchandise.

At a quick glance, there are several things we like about DIGX

• DIGX is trading at just 17 cents per share
• DIGX has a 52 week high of 28 cents
• DIGX has less than 22 million shares in the float according to OTCMarkets.com

Late last month, DIGX rallied from a low of .126 to a high of .25, representing a 98% gain before profit takers came in and drove the price down to a low of .11.  Watching this action, we were looking for a bounce off these new lows which we finally saw this past Friday.  DIGX catapulted off these lows to close at .17 - displaying the beginnings of a potential new bounce rally!

Taking full advantage of “The Hangover” movie franchise, DIGX announced on Dec. 6th that they have the rights to sell and distribute “The Hangover Recovery Shot”.

The U.S. energy shot business is a $1.5B a year market - and now DIGX is in it!

“The Hangover Recovery Shot” is a 2 oz 100% natural dietary supplement used to recover from hangovers. It’s officially licensed by Warner Brothers and each shot features a character from “The Hangover” movie series.

Another interesting piece of news that came from DIGX was on December 14th.

Sin City Kitty(TM) Vodka to Launch in Early 2012

On December 14th, Dig-It Underground Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Get Down Art is in development of Sin City Kitty Vodka. Sin City Kitty is a breakout female lifestyle apparel brand that is based on our trademarked kitty with naughty devil horns. Sin City Kitty is one of Get Down Art’s most successful brands and continues to grow each year. The appeal of the Sin City Kitty brand has been amazing.
